Our funeral services work from 8am to 10pm from Monday to Friday and from 8am to 8pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Our staff will deal with you and advise you at this difficult time. In the event that the deceased has a funeral insurance policy, we will contact the company concerned to find out what the policy covers.

You need the following in order to arrange our services:

• The deceased's national identity document.
• The national identity document of the person declaring the death.
• Certificate and statistical death note signed by the doctor (in cases of natural death not involving legal intervention). Gesfursa can provide these forms, to be filled in should the death not occur in an establishment which does not have them available. Two doctor's certificates are required in the case of cremation.
• Clothing or shrouds.
• Cemetery certificate (if you have one and wish to use it).
• Last receipt from the insurance company and/or current policy (if one exists).
